Carparking
There will be no parking on site during the festival. All parking on site is reserved for cricket activity that will be running alongside the festival. Given the nature of the event we would hope you are leaving the cars at home, but for those designated drivers there is local parking just a short walk away.

Checking In
When you arrive at the gates of the ground you will be directed to entrance to the festival. You will need to present a copy of your tickets for scanning. Then you will be given your cup, wrist bands and programme. We do ask that you wear your wrist band at all times while attending the event.

We will be checking for proof of age as people check in.
Children
U-16’s are allowed to attend the event free of charge with a paying adult. Children will not be issued with a wrist band and must be supervised at all times.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Banned Items
Bag searches will be in place at the entry point
• No Alcohol
• No food
• No horns/ megaphones
• No radios or stereos
• No fireworks or sky lanterns
• No illegal substances
• Drones
• No knives or blades
• No laser pens
• No glass items
We are allowing –
• Small amount of snacks for the children
• Baby food
• Small amount of pop or water for children or dogs
• Camping chairs

Cricket Games
There will be cricket activity on over the weekend but on Saturday in particular we have our 1st XI playing. There will be a cordoned area for the cricket game and we ask that spectators do not enter this area during the game.

Also be aware that during the game we do have a net up in some areas but there is still potential for cricket balls to enter the crowd. Please remain vigilant at all times.
When the game has come to an end we will remove the barrier.

Payments

THE EVENT IS CASHLESS – EVERY BAR IS SET UP WITH CARD MACHINES

Weekender tickets will receive a free drinks token on arrival.
Food venders and rides will be taking card payments when purchasing your food.

Toilets
The toilets are available in the main clubhouse.

First Aid and Lost Children
Any problems please approach our team of helpers and staff. Our main event control will be in the main Members Lounge within the clubhouse. First Aid and incidents can be logged here with the Event Manager.

SUNDAY FAMILY FUN DAY

Sunday will be free entry with the gates opening at 11:00.

We will also be hosting the Euro Final in the main marquee as well as in the clubhouse.

And finally the club looks forward to welcoming you all over the weekend.
