In other news the second team recorded a 24 point victory winning by 72 runs over near neighbours West Bromwich Dartmouth which elevates them up the table and the green shoots of recovery are beginning to show with a disciplined performance with bat and ball. Batting first Halesowen topped 201-8 with Richard Cox (48) Mark Fisher (41) Deon Patel (30) and Shuoaib (29) being the main contributors. But it was with the ball and in the field that Dartmouth were blown away with 19 year old Alex Bullingham (5-21) the pick of the bowlers backed up by some stunning catching from Patel and Shuoaib.
